Products are organized into a single collection, Our Cast of Critters, in keeping with the personification of the pillow products.
Product pages feature witty descriptions that feel like personal introductions to the animal characters. By design, all descriptions make use of a pun in the copy, in keeping with the brand's tone of voice.
Product pages contain an integrated product personalization app that allows customers to preview their personal messages prior to purchase. The same app generates a print product file, post purchase, and drops it to the printer for fulfillment.
The site features an automated customer reviews app that is configured to email customers after they've received their orders, prompting them to review their purchases.
Product suggestions are used throughout the site.
The blog is designed to feel like it was written by the animal characters, in keeping with the tone of the rest of the site.
