We will be able to print and ship your order in 2-7 business days. Shipping times should be added on top of that and depends on where the order is being shipped. All orders are shipped by USPS from California.
If an order is returned to our shop because it couldn't be delivered (wrong address, failure to pickup from your post office, etc.), reshipping fees will apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you are using PayPal at checkout, please verify that your account has the correct shipping address on file before completing your purchase.
Shipping costs vary by destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipments outside of the USA may incur additional customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fees may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The recipient is responsible for these fees.
You can quickly check the status of your order through your account dashboard. As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a USPS tracking number for orders that ship to destinations within the USA. International orders are shipped economy and do not have tracking numbers.
We cannot ship to Cuba, Iran, or North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries.
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know.
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us using the inquiry form found here, noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
Posters are rolled and shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes with plastic end caps.
We guarantee each product from once it leaves the print shop to the point it is received by the customer. If any order arrives broken, damaged, incomplete, or wrong, we will reship your order at our expense.
If you receive a product that is damaged or you have been sent the wrong product, then we'll be happy to replace it, provided you contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product to start the returns process. Products are created on-demand just for you, so we are unable to grant refunds for undamaged, correctly shipped merchandise.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within 5 business days of receipt using the inquiry form found here, noting your order number. We will followup with you immediately with next steps.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Only returns that follow the process noted above will be granted.
